Shirinda Pulluru
Founder
Shirinda has 15 years of senior operations and commercial experience in food, beverage, wine and spirits. This work has covered India, the Gulf, East Africa and Europe.
Shirinda's expertise covers wine and spirits production, market entry and route to market, supply chains, and food safety and traceability. She has built export distribution for a winery in Tanzania, advised a winery in Cyprus on route to market, and led the build of a pot-still distillery. Her training in food science includes sensory analysis for international food and beverage brands. Her WINTOUR thesis included a wine tourism case study in Vale do Lima, Portugal. She is based in Porto.
She speaks Telugu, Hindi, Urdu and English, and has basic Italian, French and Portuguese.
