Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company, country, email address, and any phone number, business details and message you add.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Who handles it for us

The website runs on Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend to our mailbox at Zoho Mail. These services process the details only to deliver the website and the email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply to you and to follow up.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them, by emailing uncork@diwinely.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

The question box

Our producer and importer pages have a box where you can ask a question. Your question is sent to Cloudflare, which uses AI to write an answer from the pages of this website. Cloudflare also uses your IP address to limit how many questions can be sent in a minute. Cloudflare handles this for us as a processor and may process it outside the European Union, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Questions may be kept in our Cloudflare account logs until we delete them, so we can check that the answers are correct. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering questions about our work. Please do not type personal details into the box.
